Michelle Kleinert believes our youth are our future and it is important we support them, foster their development and provide the best opportunity for them to succeed. She is a current Patron of ABCD: Arts Building Children’s Dreams, an Ambassador for Scouts Australia, and has previously been actively involved as a workplace facilitator for Bully Zero Australia.
In her year of Mayor, Michelle took a leading role in establishing a youth mental health outreach program in Manningham working with Headspace Hawthorn to bring the program to the City. Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to young people.
With a vivacious personality and a background in theatrical arts, Michelle is well-known for her ability to connect and engage with people of all ages.
Michelle’s role at SCRgroup is to deliver the school education program throughout Australia and is keen to work with students to activate change amongst youth for a sustainable future.
Michelle holds a TAE, Bachelor of Marketing, Diploma of Leadership and Management.
